Following the worst possible Bird Flu outbreak, West Bengal has completely banned the trade and consumption of poultry to avoid further contamination. 3.4 million Poultry birds were culled earlier in the state after some of the birds were suspiciously found dead due to the H5N1 virus in about 13 districts.
