A unique TV channel is going to be launch today in India. Minister of Overseas Indian Affairs Vayalar Ravi will launch the channel. It will be named as the People of Indian Origin (PIO) TV. This channel will target the Indian diaspora.
It will become the first news channel in India with new kind of programs and for the unique viewers only.
The People of Indian Origin (PIO) TV will focus on the Indian living outside India. It will present news, information and entertainment with special coverage on People of India Origin.
It will have the programs like news bulletins, business news bulletins and features, talk shows, sports news coverage, Lifestyle segments, fashion news, cuisines, cultural news, coverage of Indian tradition, religion and a comprehensive coverage of Bollywood and Indian media industry.
