Being a resident of Bihar I feel proud to read that our state Chief Minister is the number one in India.
The division of labor is the basic negative factor, which is pushing Bihar toward underdevelopments.
I just visited Bihar three month back and I surprise to see that still people practice untouchability.
Following are the tip for Mr. Nitish Kumar if he really wants to bring change in Bihar.
1. Instruct all the DM (District Magistrate) to visit the entire village under his jurisdiction and meet with the people and just check if he is practicing untouchability, if yes then they should be enlisted and special training program should be conducted at the District headquarter for those person by the intellectual community (teachers, professors, or some volunteer leaders) to remove this misunderstanding from the root. Once the majority of peoples will understand that the entire human are equals and this is a human who created this division and not the divine power. This will useful to fill the gap between all classes and will also stop all type of social indiscrimination.
2. Any crime against women or children which registered any where in Bihar should be directly transfer to a special tribunal “ tribunal of prevention of crime against women and children” whose headquarter should be in state capital, and this tribunal will work directly under DIG rank of officer and will give his weekly report directly to chief minister office.
3. Roads and highways are the worst affected area in Bihar. During my last visit I walked four and half kilometers to catch a bus from my village. He should take the strong initiative to speedup the work of road and highways so that the poor people in village area can take their vegetables and other items to the main market and can get the good prices.
4. Another big problem is law and order. Most of the cases are related to division in labor in society. On all the top post in police department should be filled by the IPS officer from other states. This will help to bring the neutralization in the policing activities.
5. He should take care to save his government by all means because his friends can be counted on fingers but his oppositions are in thousand and thousands.
My good wishes are with him.
nitish kumar is certainly the one who can turn the tide. Rs 9000 crore investment is not a joke. his presence inspires a sense of honesty & dutifulness. i am 101% sure he’ll change bihar. biharis should also do their work honestly to make bihar more developed than delhi, nay, usa.
Yes agree that Mr. Nitish Kumar is the best Chief Minister and we fully suport him. We hope in next election he will come in full majority and he should change the shape of Bihar, Also we hope to have many development in villages as well in cities.
But request him to please clear our Bihar from all criminals. We need a crimeless state nothing more.

This possition is prove that Bihar will be known again for Nalanda vishwabidyalay,takshashila.............. , Jai prakash and Dr,Rajendar Prasad not for commadian Poltician or castism and ilitracy.
Hello All,
I would appreciate if a few people who are presently residing in Bihar give feedback on Mr. Nitish Kumar. Please note one think Bihar can be land of opportunity only if we are able to give security to everyone. If people living in Bihar live without any fear, Bihar would be no 1 state even economically as well.
Thanks

Now Bihar is getting good shape of success due to good and qualitative leadership. If we have literate and experienced leader, people won’t migrate, feel security. Mr. Nitish Kumar is still thinking to make Bihar conspicuous. Thanks to Mr. Nitish please be with us for long time. We all people should pray in this regard.
