This time around it’s not a U.S. based company turning to china instead its Infosys which is looking at china as an alternative to India. Infosys technologies is turning to China to recruit engineers as wages at home are soaring high.
In the sphere of software, India’s recruitment market is running at all time high and there is a challenging environment in India. Due to these factors Infosys is planning to double its manpower strength in china which will put the number at 1000.
The Bangalore based company expects to recruit almost 25,000 employees in India this year. Reason is obvious it’s trying hard to bag big contracts from the companies that are listed in the fortune 500 list.
Infosys Technologies putting its efforts to secure many orders include SAR Ag’s business software installation, large information technology transformation projects and software program maintenance work.
