Biggest teacher-recruitment drive starts in Bihar

The process of biggest teacher-recruitment drive has been started in the state. Aspirants are queuing up for it. According to them, this is the best step ever taken by the state government in many years.

At most of the places in the state, every member has filled up the forms and they are expecting that whoever is the best will get the job.

Bihar government is aiming to develop the teacher-student ratio from the present 1:62 to the national average of 1:40. Two lakh teachers will be appointed in various schools in the state. There is no any maximum age limit for the post.

One of the aspirants says that

it’s been 20 years since my mother graduated. She, still, is without job. Now both of us have applied together for the job.

There is spread of hope throughout the state among the unemployed people. The state is so much starving of such kind of recruitment process in last 15 years that people at a standstill and hardly believes on it.

The expectations are high from both sides. Aspirants are hopeful as well as the students in various schools and the state government is in similar condition too.

For the sake of Bihar and the people of Bihar, everyone in the state should try hard to live on it.
